Codex titles progress locked

Codex progress bug : title challenges do not complete

The titles Graverobber and Zonewarden are currently impossible to complete for friends and i.

I am currently missing the challenge HAMMER/ANVIL for Zonewarden which i attempted to complete multiple times since S1, by : downing and killing runner in the same runs with grenades, knife melee attacks and fist melee attacks,
after completing these exact steps many many many times the challenge has yet to complete.
For the Graverobber title, i am currently missing the challenges HIGH-END HEIST and LOCKSMITH, the heist one have been done on wednesday last week with the prestige(gold) key used at Greenhouse upper labs, locksmith have been done a few minutes ago by exfiltrating twice a superior(purple) key template which had its challenge completed (open 2 secured locked chest, first exfil 1/2, second exfil 2/2)

    Thanks for the report.

    Can you please send the following details to add to your report:

    • A screenshot of the affected Codex entries showing the current progress
    • The date and approximate time of your most recent failed attempt, including your time zone
    • Whether you were playing solo or with a crew
    • Whether anyone else in your crew got credit for the challenge(s)

    For Hammer/Anvil specifically, please confirm:

    • Whether the grenade kill and melee kill were on two separate enemies
    • What kind of melee you used
    • Whether you have a clip showing the Codex progress before and after the attempt

    For High-End Heist and Locksmith, please also include:

    • The exact map/location
    • The key type/rarity used
    • Whether the chest/key interaction completed successfully
    • Whether the Codex tracker changed at all after the run or exfil
    • A clip or screenshots showing the Codex progress before and after, if possible

    If you’re able to reproduce this again, the most helpful video would show:

    • The Codex progress before the attempt
    • The challenge being completed in-game
    • The exfil/results, if applicable
    • The Codex progress still not updating afterward

    Hello and thank you for your very quick reply.

    For Hammer/Anvil specifically : i have attempted, and i think possibly met the requirment of this challenge multiple times throughout S1 and S2, usually by downing a runner with a grenade then finishing them with another, and similarly with knife melee attacks, downing and killing them with the knife or through the execution.

    Sadly i have no evidence to show for these.

    For Locksmith specifically : I today exfilled a superior(purple) key template acquired through the one time free pick up from the Cyberacme KEYMAKER+ upgrade, the key needed me to open 2 secured locked container, which i did in 2 runs on perimeter at around 12h00 and 12h30 UTC+1, which rewarded me with a QUARANTINE MORGUE superior(purple) key.

    For High-End Heist specifically : Last week on thrusday 06/18/2026 at 00h07a friend(Algernax#5001 Pc/steam) and i opened a prestige(gold) key on dire marsh, the GREENHOUSE OPERATIONS key, they were the one holding the key and opened the door. (i droped a prestige Misriah 2442, still in my inventory)
