I need help with my account. 😭
I have two Xbox accounts. One I can no longer access because I lost the email, and it's linked to my Bungie account. I have a new one that I'd like to link, but it won't let me, or I don't have the option to do so. I wanted to know if there's a solution or a way to do something about it.

Due to mandatory security policy, Bungie is not able to remove connected platform accounts from Bungie.net profiles under any circumstances.
If your account has been lost, we are unable to assist you, and you will need to contact your platform's support for account recovery.
