I received a one-month ban for verbal harassment. I’d like to ask why other games only mute chat functions for verbal abuse, while your game locks the entire account out of gameplay entirely. It’s truly impressive how you set the “industry benchmark” — your response time for verbal insults is far quicker than your anti-cheat enforcement. Multiple high-level cheaters above level 100 are still roaming the game well into Season 2, yet I got a full month’s ban just a few hours after my verbal altercation.

It’s no wonder your sales lag behind Slay the Spire. Your player count is inflated only by sheer volume, and Delta Force far outshines this title.

Is this really Bungie, the supposed industry leader? A company plagued by senior leadership embezzlement and burnt-out, unmotivated staff. This is Bungie for you.

    If your account has incurred a ban, then the way to contact our Security team about it is through the Appeal Ban or Restriction Contact Form.

    If you have already submitted a ticket, you have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. Ban appeals are not conducted on the forums.
