Bug Report - Unexpected Settings Behaviour (Rook -> Other Runner)

Simple Bug: When you play a match as rook, then swap back to another runner, you are immediately set to "no crew fill". There is not a clear visual indicator of this and there is no warning you are filling into a trio's match on your own.

The expectation of the UI is to have the settings where you leave them. Because you don't swap yourself to no crew fill on rook, the thought of swapping back never crosses your mind.

Typical Scenario: Warm up with a rook run or 2 then swap to another runner and gear up - and go.

What's Happening: Warm up with a rook run or 2 then swap to another runner, gear up, then accidentally solo queue in ranked trio's or other Trio matches.

Even though I know this is the game behaviour right now I am still constantly doing it accidentally and losing insane amounts of loot. On top of losing the loot, I am not playing well after that because I am so rattled I DID IT AGAIN. Its a terrible experience.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the report.

We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.

  • When these issues get reported do we get compensated for all the lost gear? Or do we just have to keep grinding? It's a real pain to lose that much when you are in this position but understandably you can't just be compensating every little bug.

  • Hi there,

Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.

  • Well at least there is a process in place! Thanks for all your help.
