Return on Investment 4/5 can bug out on Night Marsh and not be completed until fresh run

Description: While doing the first step of the season 2 version of Return on Investment 4/5 contract on Night marsh, you have to hack a terminal which is supposed to release the quest itemFinancial documents disk. You can complete the hack in three different locations. My bug occurred in Bio-Research. I started the hack which locks you into the animation for a few seconds. During that lock out, one of the new monsters (The disembodied runner one), screeched and charged me before exploding. All of that occurred before I got out of the animation. I believe the attack during the animation stopped the quest from progressing normally. I could not eject the disk from the computer for step 2 of the contract.

Repor steps: There has to be one of the monsters in the room next to where the hack occurs. You can't aggro it before the animation (I didn't know it was there). It has to aggro and explode on you while you're in the animation.

I already completed it in a separate run, so I can't. Sorry. You have to be pretty unlucky to have a husk spawn in there, but it can happen.
