Twitch Drops Show as Unlocked in Collection but Are Missing from Customization Inventory

The Twitch drops from a few months ago are still not appearing on my Bungie/Marathon account.
The rewards have been successfully claimed on Twitch, and I have already tried unlinking and relinking my Twitch account to my Bungie account. Despite this, the items remain unavailable in-game.
Could you please investigate this issue and advise on any additional steps I can take to resolve it?
