No apology kits

Hi I already opened a post about this but after the firts answer of bungie I didn't get more. Basically I played the game in 2th june, when the servers was disconnecting you all the time and the apology kits are not in the email. I tried everything, relog in the game, reinstall it, but there is not apology kits for me. Please there is also a lot of people with the same problem, I think this should be fixed
