Lost gear due to in-game bug
Issue Type: Lost gear due to in-game bug (movement freeze / stuck state)
What Happened:
I became completely stuck in one position during gameplay. I was unable to move, reposition, or recover normally while actively playing.
Result of Bug:
Because I was stuck, I could not continue playing properly or extract safely, which caused me to lose my gear/loadout.
Gear Lost:
Outland
M-77
Blue backpack
Blue shield
Date/Time:
Mode/Map (if known): Outpost
≈4:00PM
Additional Details:
No intentional disconnect or quitting occurred. The issue appears to have been caused by an in-game bug that locked my movement. I attempted to move and recover but remained stuck until the match progressed.

Thanks for the report! We'll pass this along to the developers for further investigation.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
