Did Not Receive Compiler Skin after kill and Exfil

My team and I killed the compiler and successfully exfilled on the last day of season one but didn’t get the skin or credit for completing. We did get the ganglion in our vault but no codex recognition. It was pretty disappointing.

- Your Platform.
- Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
- Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
- Did any of your teammates get the rewards? If yes, then what is the Bungie ID of your teammate who did get the rewards?
