Untracking Faction Upgrade Bug

Hello, I’d like to report a bug with item tracking. I can’t remove the tracking because the option is grayed out. Wasn’t this a bug that was supposed to have been fixed?

We are aware of situations where items cannot be untracked.
We are currently looking into these situations.
I will pass your report along to the relevant channels for further investigation.
I'm also experiencing this issue. I'm unable to untrack multiple upgrades (specifically "Armored Barter" and "Back in Action+" for NuCal, "Twin Tap Exchange" for Arachne, and "Ballistic Resistance" for MIDA) due to the option being grayed out. However, I am still able to track other upgrades that are available, and doing so will show those on the Tracked Items interface as expected, but it doesn't seem to automatically untrack the "un-untrackable" upgrades; instead, while those stop appearing on the Tracked Items interface, they still seem to be in the Tracked Upgrades "queue" or whatever, as untracking other upgrades (ones without this bug) will cause the "un-untrackable" upgrades to reappear on the Tracked Upgrades interface.
Also, I didn't choose to track the "Armored Barter" and "Back in Action+" upgrades for NuCal; it seems like those nodes stayed tracked after I acquired the previous upgrade. I don't recall that being an issue in Season 1, so I'm guessing it's newly introduced. This is a separate bug, of course, but I don't know if they're related.
EDIT: After I started up the game again the day after my original reply (but before the daily armory refresh), I was able to untrack the upgrades as expected, so it's possible that restarting the game resolves the issue.
