Button Bindings Overlap
On PS5, button bindings overlap and don't differentiate between the "tap, press, or double press" commands.
For example, by default DPad Left TAP is to change weapon modes (such as the scope for M77 on or off). The new default flashlight binding is DPad Left + Square. When you have a gun like the M77, when you press the flashlight command, it ALSO activates your weapon mode button.
I tried rebinding this to a cleaner setup - TAP DPad Left for weapon mode, DOUBLE PRESS for Flashlight. No success, no matter what, BOTH commands occur simultaneously every time.
This problem is not unique to the DPad Left, this is just an example I tested. It can occur with other things too. It makes the commands pointless to choose tap, press, or double press. Hold is the only type of command that actually differentiates successfully.

I've noticed this issue since launch, but it wasn't an issue until the flashlight came along because now I ran out of buttons and essentially something has to be doubled up. I wanted something faster than the default DPad L + square and thought I could use tap vs press for the same button with 2 different functions, but it doesn't seem to work.
