Delayed and dragging mouse input with frame gen
If I enable frame gen (using RTX 5070 Ti), the mouse can become very delayed and "draggy" especially when alt-tabbing to the game from another window. So it's unfortunately unplayable in any competitive manner.

Approx. time: Last wednesday when I was testing the frame generation, happens every time though
I can't record a video at the moment, but it was just basically delayed mouse input that would get randomly worse or better. I gave up on the framegen in Marathon's settings and started using NVIDIA app's Smooth Motion and DLSS override (Preset M), and now the game is very smooth and responsive, so this isn't an issue personally anymore.
