A Crash after every run

Description of Issue - Game crashes after every run.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Every time I had a run yesterday, and the one I have run today.
Repro steps - After each exfil or death, on the continue screen, the game freezes for around 3-13 seconds, and the audio cuts shortly after. I verified game files, reinstalled, and tried changing graphics settings. But it was not behaving like this last season.

I have updated all drivers, uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, made ample space for the game on my systems, and updated my PC as a whole.
