Completed a run successfully and lost all my gear.
I finished a run as a squad last night and the only option after was to leave without crew, despite all of us extracting. When i did i was met with and never ending black screen I waited at for 10+ minutes so i closed my game down. I open it today to see this message and keep clicking continue waiting just for the prompt to come up again. Obviously the run was yesterday so the run will not still be in progress and is bugged. Im forced to click return to lobby where I have no gear. I had a FULL PURPLE loadout (bag, overrun, cores, had a bully, implants and then also the loot from the run which was another purple assassin core and materials). I want a refund because now im just down a kit from everyone else.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm really sorry to hear you got stuck on a black screen and the "Continue Waiting?" message at the end of your run. At the time this happened, Marathon servers experienced some outages which caused these errors to appear.
The issue has since been resolved and compensation was sent out to players who were logged in during these issues. If you played on June 2 between 10:00 AM PT and 4:00 PM PT, then you should have received compensation in your in-game mailbox.
As for the lost loot itself, unfortunately, Support is unable to restore any lost loot. Any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.
