Servers Up, Codex Down?

Codex is not accurately showing assorted previous season's achievements. For example, unable to claim several banners for VIPing factions in S1 (main thing: CyAc, NuCal, Traxus). Popping a mercy kit though, VotD is one of the best raids in D2 and it fell over itself day 1.
