Early Bird VIP not unlocked
Hi, I see this is a common issue already but felt like putting in my word just to raise it to you'll attention. I do not have it unlocked despite the fact that I achieved VIP status for both Traxus and CyberAcme during the course of Season 1. Thanks

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive the Early Bird VIP codex's you were expecting. We've received some reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying issue further.
Hi, I had this happen as well. I unlocked all Faction VIP statuses and got the respective "[faction] VIP" achievements that show as complete in my codex. However, for all except Sekgen and MIDA, I did not get the Early Bird VIP.
I remember for some of the factions I had rank rewards for levels past Rank 30 that were unclaimed before the end of S1 (upon reaching rank 30, I did make sure to claim all rewards to get the original VIP achievements). Maybe the unclaimed rewards post-rank 30 caused the issue?
