No Cryo skin after defeating compiler
Hi I was playing Triage with a team and none of us got the Cryo skin after defeating the Compiler. There was another team that had done damage to it so I assume we didn't get enough DPS in or something is bugged but any help into looking into this would be amazing.

- We did not start the encounter but joined in
- Multi crew encounter
- I did hit the weakspot of the compiler (screenshot attached)
- None of us got the skin it seems (The Collector#6470, CRYFISH#2218)
- Missing Codex progress and skin
