Compiler Completion but didn't recieve skin upon exfil

Platform: Playstation, Steam Accounts: Culisecos1#7619, xLiquidSwordz#5590, House_Of_Wolves#2678 We used our own DNA card (Liquid's DNA card), myself (Culisecos) and Liquid didn't have all 6 subroutines, House did and he helped us complete the compiler. In the match, we had the majority of the lobby help us in killing the boss. House commented that he had done it before with multiple teams in the same lobby and got the skin that way. We all did damage to the compiler (mostly through emps), although we didn't grab the ganglion, and I even got the Biotoxic Disinjector. Was this simply a glitch? Is there a way to still get our skins? We did defeat the compiler and exfiled in that room.
