Killed compiler, but the extract bugged out

We've been trying to kill compiler for the past few days, and today we finally did it, but the extract bugged out so we didn't get the skin. The guns and loot are whatever, since the reset is happening in a few hours, but we'd like to have the skins. It looked like it was activating and we would extract since the timer for the extract and the match was the same, but it didn't go through. Here's a link to our compiler kill.
