UESC Phantom - bot stuck in wall at flight control

- Description of Issue - Spawned as rook into outpost map and found a UESC bot stuck in a wall. It was the first room under flight control in left hand corner before the stairs going up. The bot could not be damaged, but its model could move out of the wall and fire at the player, but hits against the bot did not register. It could also damage the player. Once out of the wall, after disengaging, the bot would end up back in the corner it was stuck in. Once on the second floor of flight control, or outside, it did stop engaging with the player. The bot was apparently half way in the wall and half-way out.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Midnight MST 5/31/26
- Repro steps - I think this was completely incidental to the session on outpost I was in, have not seen it before or since.
