Drop 7 Codex not received
Over the last 72 hours I have had multiple games where my team has eliminated 7 or more runners. I do not have a screenshot of the end game screen as proof. However, I have a screenshot that shows the completion of all Cryo Archive limited contracts, one of which requires the elimination of 7 Runners as evidence. Is there any way for progress to be granted on this codex entry?

We are aware of situations where Drop 7 is not being granted appropriately.
We are currently looking into these situations.
I will pass your report and screenshot along to the relevant channels for further investigation.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost, such as codex entries, due to disconnects, lag, or other issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
