PC - Proximity Chat toggled when typing in Text Chat, if Proximity Chat hotkey is pressed
I have my prox chat hotkey set to T. If I open text chat and type out some message, if that message has the letter T in it, prox chat will be toggled on/off whenever I type the letter T in chat. I think we should prob make it so all hotkeys are disabled while we are typing in chat.
