Vault 3 out of bounds
Was in vault 3 and clipped out of bounds into a room I could not get out of.

Please provide the following details to add to your report:
Date and time: May 1 about 2:09am (the clip I recorded was started at 2:09am so I probably fell in about 2:06am-ish)
I was using a terminal in the pipes above the frost (this is the only vault 3 I have done so I'm not exactly sure which one). I got a bit turned around in the pipes so I wanted to find a way to get down to the lower level with the frost to look for more terminals and I just slide into what looked like a gap near the terminal. I just slid into the gap and just fell through. In the moment it did not even look like I clipped trough anything. In the clip I posted pinged where I think I fell from at 12 seconds in the clip. The only landmark that I saw was the terminal on the wall. The gap where all the items are on the ground was where my team to could get to me to pick up all my important stuff.
I'm out of 03 keys and will be out of town until after the next wipe so idk if I can recreate this.
