Missing blue shield!
Teammate stole my blue shield that I brought in. It didn't say "borrowed" according to him. We extracted from the map and I look at my inventory, and it wasn't there. Please refund my blue shield to my account. Fix the bug made by your workers.

We understand a shield a teammate borrowed from you was not returned after you exfiled. This does sound strange to us. By any chance, do you have any video footage which demonstrates this incident? If yes, then please consider linking us to it. A site like Youtube or Imgur would be ideal for this. We'll then review what happened.

A team of three attacked me and stole my blue shield. Afterwards, the teammates your matchmaking provided were able to recover the blue shield and were able to extract with the blue shield without the "borrowed" keyword. I told them to give me my shield, and they didn't want to.
Fix this bug and return my blue shield.
