Synapse cubes disappearing on exfil

Description of Issue - I had 4 synapse cubes in my backpack when we exfilled, and only 2 went into my vault.

Rough Date and Time of issue - April 18 2026 around 12-1 am

Repro steps - Like i said i had 4 synapse cubes on exfil, and only 2 went to my vault. I also only had one compiler ganglion, but two in my vault after. we did the compiler and used the final exfil.
