  Hi there,

  While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.

  If you experience this often, please try re-installing the game using the steps in our guide below:

  happened to me aswell last night on Cryo Archive, was waiting in queue for ~15 minutes, and realised I was unable to back out to menu.

  I alt+f4'd and relaunched to be prompted to rejoin my crew or forfeit my gear, I selected rejoin crew and it brought me back to the loading screen,

  which I waited in for about 3 or 4 minutes before force closing with alt+f4.

  I logged in for the first time since then today and was prompted to "see the outcome of the match or lose your shit" or something I cant remember, I selected see the outcome of the match option which loaded for 1 minute and then gave me the same exact prompt, so I was forced to select "forfeit gear and return to menu"

  My loadout is gone! my purple shield !
