Game runs at 5 FPS on some menus
The weapon customization menu and Traxus's armory cause my game to run at 5 fps.
I play on Steam and my specs are:
Ryzen 7 1700X 8C 16T
Nvidia GTX 1070 8GB
Crosshair VI Hero motherboard
16GB DDR4 RAM 3200MHz
