No Extract Spawns On Cryo Archive

During a match of Cryo archives, no extract terminals appeared on the map after reaching clearance level 3. I physically traveled to the terminals as I knew their locations by memory, and the screens of the terminals were black and were un able to be interacted with. Again my team was clearance level 3. At the end of the match when the timer expired and the last extract of the map triggered, it also did not spawn or have an icon on the map. Lost all my loot 🥲
