I can't find any matches, Can I use ExitLag or a VPN?

Hi, I love the game, but I am from South America and here we are having to wait 10/20 minutes on matchmaking, and sometimes still can't find a single match, if you guys will not fix this since the launch, at least tell me if I can use a VPN or ExitLag to change regions
