Error code holding gear hostage

We exfilled and all got met with a black screen that said the match isn’t over yet and we can either wait or forfeit our gear (1 gold and lots of blues/purples between the trio) we waited and waited but it didn’t end. Resetting the game deleted everything and reset quest progress
