“Lost Connection at Exfil”

Me and 2 teammates successfully exfilled. When the timer went to zero we were not under fire. Instead of a normal end run and return to main screen it showed us all as if we didn’t make it. It was a perimeter run. We completed 2 faction contracts and when we return it says they aren’t completed. We lost a lot of good gear. Any way to review this and return our items?
