I am still unable to access the servers. Have been resetting and attempting to log on since 12pm. Near Charlotte.

Marathon underwent maintenance until 9 AM PDT. Once maintenance completed, did you download the update prior to trying to login to the game? Also, what platform are you experiencing this on?
