Recon Tracker Drone breaching bubble shields.

I was in a bubble shield north of hauler near the pink spawn ramp on Perimeter. I was getting shot from 3 angles so I threw a bubble shield and a recon used their tracker drone and it somehow got inside the bubble shield and broke it even though it was thrown on the outside of the bubble causing me to die. This is surely a bug right how did the drone get in the bubble shield?
