Toggle ADS (aim down sight) saves between knife equip
When using toggle ADS it saves the toggle and puts your weapon to ADS when switching back and forth to knife. Equipping knife should reset toggle so that you are not in ADS when going back to weapon

Hi there,
Thank you for the report. We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
this also stops you from using meds while your knife is out. You have to go back to your gun, untoggle ADS and then you are able to used meds again
