We understand that you are unable to launch Marathon on your PS5. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact that this may have had. Just to clarify, you mention the X button doesn't respond on the Continue screen. By any chance, have you tested if you experience this with other controllers?
If you do experience this with other controllers or don't have another for testing purposes, then please let us know if you're seeing any error messages or codes when this occurs, and we'll review.
On pc win10 can't launch too
