Adding my name to the list of people experiencing performance issues on PC

I'm sure the devs are already aware that many people are experiencing performance issues on PC, but haven't seen any public statement yet so adding to the list.

During the server slam I was locked at 60 FPS. But since launch I've been hovering around 55 fps, dipping down to 45 fps in certain areas and during gun fights which is pretty discouraging for a competitive game like this. No matter what combination of settings I use, nothing is improving my performance. Everything is set to its lowest settings, whether I have it set to 3K (native resolution for my laptop), 1440p, or 1080p. Every DLSS preset feels exactly the same, even FSR is the same. Odd thing is Im actually getting slightly more frames with DLSS off. (Still not locked 60 fps though). What DLSS model does this game support? Because even when trying to force set the game to Model M (4.5), it looks verry similar to DLSS 1 or 2. I haven't seen this amount of artifacting since those days. In certain lighting scenarios, and when getting close to walls, its very distracting twinkling circular blobs. Even when DLSS is off im getting artifacting, just not as much. Smooth motion doesn't improve anything. Turning V-sync off.. Uncapping framerate. I feel like I've tried every possible combination of settings and nothing is improving my performance.

RTX 4060 mobile 125 TDP, Intel Ultra 7 155H, 24gb of ddr5 Ram, game is installed on an SSD drive. Nvidia drivers/bios/windows are up to date. GPU temp around 70-75, Cpu at around 80-85.I have no problem staying at a locked 120 FPS with DLSS on balanced in most other titles. i.e Spacemarine 2, Borderlands 4, Arc Raiders, Path of Exile 2, Dragon Age Inquistion, Cyberpunk, even other Playstation first titles like Spiderman 2, Horizon Forbidden West, Ghost of Tsushima.

If you look through the MarathonTheGame subreddit, there are many people with 40, 50 series gpu's that are having issues with performance.

Can we at least get some sort of public statement addressing the issue to know that  you're at least working on it/are aware of the issue.
