If you have the Deluxe Edition, the Premium Rewards Pass isn’t unlocked automatically – it’s tied to a Premium Rewards Pass voucher on your account.
Here’s how to check and redeem it:
Open the Rewards Pass screen in-game.
At the bottom, select “Unlock Premium” / “Purchase Premium Rewards Pass.”
On the pop‑up, look for the option to use your Premium Rewards Pass voucher instead of spending LUX, then hold the confirm button to redeem it.
If you don’t see the voucher option or the pass is still locked:
Make sure you’re logged into the same platform account (Steam / Xbox / PS5) where you bought the Deluxe Edition.
Fully restart the game and your platform, then try the steps again.
On console, try using your platform’s “restore licenses” / “restore purchases” option, then relaunch the game and recheck the Rewards Pass page.
We’re also aware of ongoing issues where Deluxe Edition rewards (including the Rewards Pass voucher) may not show up correctly for some players and this is being investigated. If you already own the Deluxe Edition, please avoid buying the Premium Rewards Pass with LUX for now; once the Deluxe entitlements are fully fixed, you’ll still be able to use your voucher to unlock a Premium Rewards Pass, and any tiers you’ve already claimed will grant their Premium items automatically.
