Team Voice Chat has Proximity Filter

Team Voice Chat appears to have a proximity filter on it. The farther you get away from your teammates, the less you can hear them and voice quality degrades.

I have tested this with multiple random teammates and a dedicated buddy who plays on a PS5.
I have disabled Positional Audio and it's still an issue.
