Can't log in while anti virus is active
Hey,
having my anti virus Kaspersky running will result in an "Error W:8:80090305". When disabling or pausing the anti virus and restarting Steam completely new (closing in task manager) I can login in normally.
The error occurs after the starting screen where you need to press a button to continue. It then is stuck in the "signing in..." progress until the error occurs and it's an infinite cycle until you stop the anti virus and restart Steam. After the log in progress is done, the anti virus can be enabled again and the game runs normal, so it must be something in the signing in part.

Thanks for reaching out.
Could you also try to whitelist BattlEye as well as Marathon and see if it works?
To whitelist Marathon and BattlEye, open Kaspersky, go to Settings (Big Cog) > Security Settings (or Additional) > Threats and exclusions > Manage Exclusions and then add both Marathon and BattlEye and save.
