Wiped when we exfilled

Platform: First two on PC (steam), third on Xbox

Issue: We hit the exfil before the timer ran out in Outpost but the countdown timer of the exfil ring was longer than the map timer for some reason and even though it did the final exfil animation we still wiped to the map timer running out and lost all our loot

Repro steps: We believe that us walking out and in the ring reset the matter exfil timer and caused it to be longer than the map timer; however, we have seen a clip where no one leaves and they still had that issue (MrRoflWaffle's clip)
