game crash on perimeter

Game crashed for 2 of my squad on perimeter, we were walking along data wall and it hard crashed. Didn't get an error code or anything.
Lost a whole lot of kit, is there a way to provide a match history or something to recoup? Not really fair to lose so much to a crash.
