Missing challenges in Factions codex

In the Factions section of the codex, the Contracts section is missing from the Cyac tab and both Contracts and Sponsored Kits sections are missing from the Arachne tab. I have exfilled with one of the Arachne sponsored kits and there is no way for me to get the skin for completing the challenge. I only was aware of this because I remember these sections being there during the server slam, so I worry that there are other sections of the codex that are missing for me that I am not aware of.

This bug persists after both restarting and reinstalling the game. I only noticed this a couple hours ago so I don't know how long it has been like this.
