Bungie Answered
After matchmaking screen became blank and could not start the match, had to return to lobby

- Description of Issue - I went into a dire marsh match and after matchmaking, screen was black, no contracts or anything appeared. tried restarting the game and reconnecting and it did not resolve the issue, only solution was to return to the lobby, which led to a loss of items taken in.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 08 March 2026 at around 12:10 AM GMT+2
- Repro steps - Unknown, grouped up, started the run, matchmaking was finished and the issue appeared

attaching system information, GPU is an RTX 3070 and 32 GB of DDR4 RAM
doubt it was a system thing and more of a server issue, i left the blank state after waiting for aprox 10 minutes, a friend i was with kept it active until he got a mail from the system with his items refunded. im not looking for a refund or anything just a heads up on the issue and hopefully it won't be a recurring issue.
