Only receiving half of my twitch drops

I have only received half of my items from the 2 twitch drop events that have occurred for marathon. I am only receiving Emblems and stickers, but not backgrounds and weapon skins. For reference, I am missing the items circled in red in the image below. Any info is greatly apricated.
