Instant death from nothing (With video of it happening)
Bungie ID: Burlington Throat Factory#9400
Platform: Steam PC
Description: I was in a 3 man squad, vaulted on something, then immediately died. No downing first, standing to dead with box on the ground. It wasn't a team as no one pushed us after. My friend revived me and we finished the mission out.
Date/Time: This occurred Thursday 3/5/26, unsure of the time.
Repro steps: Outside of vaulting maybe playing a role I'm not sure. I would assume I glitched a ledge and slammed into the ground but I instantly died so maybe not.

Thank you for the report. We are aware of a rare instant-death issue in this area and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
Just had the same issue happen, playing from Steam PC @ approximately 9:50 PM
Same situation for me. Activated extraction and instantly became "eliminated" upon jumping into this area in the video.
