Knife skin visibility reset after death
Description of issue
The equipped knife skin stops rendering in-game immediately after the player character dies. Although the skin remains marked as "equipped" within the customization menu, the weapon reverts to its default appearance during gameplay. The visual bug persists until the player manually unequips and re-equips the item.

Repro steps

Equip any knife skin in the customization menu.

Enter a match or gameplay session.

Cause the player character to die.

Observe that the knife skin is missing from the character model upon respawning or starting a new session.

Navigate to the customization menu to confirm the skin is still technically flagged as "equipped."

Unequip and then re-equip the skin to restore the in-game visual.

Die again to trigger the bug once more.
