Purchased Deluxe Edition Upgrade - Items in Season Store Still Show Blue Lock
Hi Support Team,
I recently purchased the Upgrade Deluxe Edition for Marathon, but I seem to be having trouble accessing my premium items.
Whenever I go to the season store to claim my items, they still have a blue lock icon on them, and I cannot equip or use them.

Is this a known issue, or is there usually a waiting period before premium items unlock? Please let me know if there's a specific step I'm missing to remove the blue lock and access my Deluxe Edition content.

We had received some reports of issues with the Deluxe Edition items yesterday, but they should be resolved. Please try closing the game fully, checking and ensuring all DLC packs have been installed, and relaunch the game. If you are still missing the items, please submit a request through our Missing LUX or Shop Purchases Contact Form.
