Missing Deluxe Edition Rewards, (Pre-Order Rewards), and Server Slam/Launch Twitch Rewards

Dear Marathon Devs, I absolutely love this game, the visuals are stunning and its architecture is refreshing as hell. I even ordered the Creator’s Edition a few days ago and am very excited for its arrival. Separately, I’m running into some problems regarding rewards that aren’t showing up in-game. I am missing some Deluxe Edition Pre-order rewards and the Twitch Drops/Server Slam Rewards. I also made the mistake of accidentally deleting a server slam rewards message you guys sent out (when trying to figure out how to claim them) and am unsure of what rewards were in there but there were only two in that message that got deleted. There was a previous server slam message that I did open and manage to successfully claim the three rewards from that but I am unsure of where the rest are. I know you guys are working to sort everything out. I just wanted to see if there was a workaround I might be missing from my end? I checked the messages page with no luck and directly checked the profile page and weapons page to see if the rewards were applicable but only a very few were there.
