Can't change bungie name after never changing it before

I've recently got marathon and tried to change my bungie name as I never changed it before and I would like to change it for my new account name I had for a while, but I cannot do so for an unknown reason. I am hoping I could get contact on a way to get my bungie name change as it feels bad now that it felt as if the change expired somehow since the launch of the naming

    If you are unable to change your name, it would be caused by one of these scenarios:

    • You have no name changes remaining.
    • You're attempting to change to a name that's not allowed by the system, or attempting to go back to a name that was previously actioned.

    To that point, we recommend trying another, slightly different name to see if this allows you to enact a name change. If you're still unable to do so despite trying many different names, then it's likely you've used up your name changes already.
