Item dissapears on exfil

So i did one of the drop ship raids with my friends and i went in to find a blue magnum, which i took and kept till extract but when i got back to the lobby it was completely gone. I restarted my game thinking that would work but it didn't, so i now dont even have a recording of the item just disappearing, but i luckily got a trophy and the recording showed the item in my inventory.
